Hi,

as my job has very flexible timing, i have decided not to engage any IDs for my new home renovation, i will be coordinating and designing every myself! (with help from the internet of course LOL)

my wife and i feel we can save alot more this way, also my wife is quite good at designs and arts stuff (lucky me, i know). we even drove in to JB to source for some carpenters, electricians etc, with some recommendations from friends.

but now we have some problems, we can't find a plumber who's prices are reasonable. we called a few in SG to check on the prices but felt that it can be cheaper. we would much prefer to get a malaysian plumber (with work pass to work in SG of course). is there any that anybody can recommend?

for tiling work, we have a contractor, but we're sitting on the fence, i feel he's ok and prices are ok too. but my wife feels like finding another from JB again.

any one has contacts for these contractors? hopefully cheap and workmanship are good. plumbers, tilers, etc etc...

 

i know we're cheapskate for going through all these trouble to find all these subcons. but we just want to save some money for our 3 schooling kids. really much appreciated, thanks
