bluberi 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2008 hi.. regret missed the bbq tis time.. but also glad tat i din go.. cos i'm still hv'ing flu now! not any better.. sigh.. lucky i din go.. if not cantona could b worst.. may b 2nite i'm gg to try my daddy's remedy.. to boil a bottle of white vinegar (w/o any water added, purely vinegar) n let the whole house filled with the smell.. he learnt it frm china radio.. said vinegar filled in the air could helps killing germs n viruses.. when u inhale it will helps to fight the flu viruses in ur body thus recover frm it.. he tried n tested.. both my grandpa n himself recovered frm serious flu on the bery next day! so i might 1 2 get a bottle fruit vinegar (may b apple vinegar.. smell at least nicer.. haa!).. see if it works.. n i was reading thru my emails.. i tink was it val or bluberi? have menses cramp problem? i used to hv it too.. but not now anymore.. i took 余仁生百风丸 for abt 3mths... slowly no more cramp n less pms sickness.. till now i hv been taking it for more than half yr le.. i can say tat thru/out the menses whole week.. feeling as thou norm days leh.. strong n cramp free.. no more weak weak feeling.. mi also having flu.. since last week somemore.. even went to doc twice. u try the vinegar method den let me know if it works anot. mi always haf menses cramp, i also got take the 余仁生百风丸 but nt always la... just wondering when u guys met for the 1st time...do u address each other by forum nick or real names? i went for one at organized by mace and was a little bit overwhelmed. dunno who is who and had problems remembering so many people's faces and names. also a bit shy and dunno what to say. i tink we mostly used forum nicks initially ba... sometimes actual names Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

xlan 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2008 ah.. ya.. for the 1st 3mths i took it diligently everyday! cos due to my super super irregular menses timing.. sometimes wait for 40 days.. sometimes 50+days.. n highest records waited for 60days.. on n off got like 20 days - 30days.. the packaging recomms tat to regulate menses schedule to take it daily.. n it works.. so after menses arrived on time regularly.. i reduced to once every alt day.. as recomm on the packaging for general weakness.. then the 5th mths till now i been taking it on a weekly basis liao.. for promoting youth n health.. sort of maintaining it la.. xlan 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2008 mm.. i took everyday for that 3 mths.. but din get pregnant wor.. mm.. may b i shld start the everyday once again..? hee.. but warning on taking the 百风丸.. is quite heaty.. some may not b able to take it so frequent.. so don stock up too much at 1 go.. buy a box to test out if u can take it everyday or not.. else.. 1 box has 6 bottle.. 1 bottle a week.. n hence 1 box might last u thru a gd 6 weeks.. try try 1st.. n yesh.. the robinson's sales is the best to get expensive things like beds, mattresses, bed linens, towels, baby bottles (the NUK, very gd bottles), kitchenwares, etc.. guys apparels.. so on & on.. discounts on top of discounts + mailer voucher.. almost 50% - 70% off liao.. where to find?
