I'm currently looking for ID/ Contractor to renovate my new 2rm HDB flat 45sqf.
Need your expert advice regarding my following quotation.
Is this reasonable?

Your carpentry seem very expensive. Wardrobe is 400pfr, display cabinet is 450pfr. Almost every item in your bathroom is expensive too.
