Pricing for Flooring and Doors for 4RM

Hi

I am considering if i should take up the HDB OCS (floors/doors) during my selection soon.
Can anyone quote me the price of floors and doors (3 bed room and 2 toilet) for 4RM flat about 90SQM
for vinyl flooring, Tiles and also include cement screed and other workmanship cost.
