Advise needed for small reno for 3 room resale flat

Dear forumers, 

My 3 room resale is going through HIP, I am wandering what is a reasonable quote to do the following;

1) Tile up the small steps in front of my resale flat

2) Hack down the wall between the hall and kitchen and touch up affected areas

3) Tile up kitchen walls

4) Plaster the walls of the living room.
