Water leakage

Hi All,

have recently renovated my penthouse unit and discovered that there is water leaking from a hole (original by developer) in the ceiling (concrete ceiling) of the common bath which is below the roof terrace on the upper floor. Anyone knows of any good water specialist that can identify the source and rectify?

Hw old is the building?

The building is 10yrs old

Before 10 from TOP date got warranty, after 10 no. If leak is from a flat roof, better to redo the entire roof waterproofing. Horizontal slab leak.. Is simply chasing the issue to different location every year.
