zph19101 2 Report post Posted March 21, 2017 it look weird to me. Because i dont trust quotation that is in lump sum. I want to see each item in details. And i don't see why the hacking of sanitary ware are charged again? I did my resale reno too. I just feel the quote is suspicious. Pardon me if i'm too busybody. Hi zph19101, Thanks for your comment and I really appreciated. Renovation process really a very big "project" in life and really need to put in lots of efforts. The lump sum figures in the quotation is their current resale kitchen package and added master bathroom, electrical, plumbing, plastering, carpentry...
