Decided to take half day leave and went down to Hoe Kee main branch with wife to do a 1-1 exchange. In the end spend $40 on transport (IMM to our place, our place to Hoe Kee main branch and back to our place). So for those who wish to buy Blanco silgranite sinks from Hoe Kee, make sure if you are uncomfortable with any cracks, change it immediately on the spot... don't me like me

Blinds installation today too!

Got some defects with one of the blinds... got one small hole and stain. Alto Fabric offers to replace for me on another day.

Dennis, thanks for sharing!! It seem like a lot is being done but the charges are relatively affordable!

Kindly note that my ID only does the carpentry works, vinyl flooring, hacking of kitchen wall, painting, plumbering works and general cleaning.

The rest below is outsourced by me:

- Cement screed by HDB (last batch to be eligible for free cement screed but we top up $950 to match the kitchen tiles height)

- Electrical works

- Aircon 

- Bedroom barn doors

- Toilet doors

- Blinds

- Window grilles

- DIY painting for bedroom door frames + bomb shelter

All in all after added those outsourced by me... the whole reno cost about $31k.
