Need contractor to do minor reinstatement

I need contractor to do a minor reinstatement at my unit. I need to move the door from the current location back to its original location. I am not looking for ID as there is no designing involved.

 

Scope of work :

- hacking the wall - make sure the AC trunking above won't get damaged.

- building up the wall at where the existing door is and paint with matching colour

- patching the tile at where the new door will be

- I am thinking to reuse the existing solid door,but there is a difference of height because of the AC trunking. Provide 2 quotation for cutting the existing door (reuse) and for using a new solid door with matching varnish.

- new door frame, painted in white to match the other doors in the house.

 

I will plan to do the work around May or June 2017.
