Hi all, just checking if ideal house seems to be a little on the pricey side for flooring and kitchen carpentry? The kitchen carpentry costs abt 4k+ for roughly 20ft or so cabinet.

Just to share my initial experience. Signed with Sean, and the work just started last Thursday. Friday I went up, and the whole house hacking is complete! Super fast. Didn't expect that. And on Saturday, they are alrady working on the Toilet. According to him, the wetwork should complete around 10 days.

So far, the advice my ID given to me are quite good. I have a very tight budget, and he try to save my cost whereever he can. So I reuse things like Windows, Firedoor etc. Also, given the odd shape of my house, the tiler also gave me some very good advice.

need 2 weeks for the 3d drawing.. hope to start before May..

Just decide to sign with Ideal House. Now just waiting to see how is it like

So far, Sean has been helping me to keep things within my budget, as I really do not have alot of cash to spare, after paying a high COV... the price is still right, but let's hope that the workmanship turns out fine.

We are lucky to get it approve. Makes the whole flat bigger and brighter...
