mine so far has been good...waiting for carpentry works to be done next..

My renovation works started on 26th Apr too... Took 2 weeks for tiling for 65sqm house, which, I thought was taking too long. How long did yours take?

After 6 weeks, my house reno is really come to end. It has been quite a smooth journey for me so far, none of the night mare that some of the forumer encountered during their renovation.

So far, Ideal House never give me any headache. Never to take leave to oversee the project, just every weekend go up and see see look look. Other than minor changes, everything was done according to plan. Very nicely done. I have to give kudos to the ID (Sean).

Next week will do the final washing liao. Looking forward to it:)

Will recommend Ideal House to anybody who is on a budget like me. I manage to get my reno done nicely with the price I have in mind

Hi adah, sorry for late reply... is your completed? Mine is at carpentry stage as if now. Will post some pics when it's all finally done. I guess I can say that this company is quite alright, but depends on whom takes on your project. 

Just back from my new house, ceiling work is in the planning stage and I am very glad with the design as well as the coordination of my ID, Rick. Will

definitely recommend to all my friends. I did not need to worry on the work, as he will coordinate everything for me. I mean thats why we get an id.

Well done for the hardworkingness and now I will pray very hard for the workmanship of the works. Hope everything is well for me.

Ideal House has also completed my renovation for me. My ID was prompt and answered my calls/ SMS. I am very thankful for this. I will recommend Ideal House for people with a budget and young start-up family, although the quality can be improved

I think for quality, it differs from individual to individual. I think Ideal House is okay, for me at least. I am not the too picky type, perhaps thats why.

I am just impressed at how my ID respond to my calls to him. Very responsive, and manage the project very well.

anyone's kitchen cabinet has a big gap in the middle of the 2 doors? What did the contractor do to fix it?

why dont u try calling up ur ID to fix this? Usually they will spot all these before hand over.. and i believe got some warranty right? they issue u the cert?

My ID even spotted some joining lines for my ceiling and false ceiling not properly plasterd and insist the contractor to come down to plaster again..

so far kevin is very on...well coordinate only 1 - 2 hiccup but it is still within control.

Still responds our calls and smses thou he is busy preparing for his wedding..

My ID coordinated with my own electrician and plumber making sure everything is in order..

today went up my house to check, told him that for electrical work, i will provide the the socket set.. but the electrician already installed the based place already..

waste my $$ ...
