Can we submit indemnity and renovation form before our 1st appointment to save time?

My seller agrees to hand key over on the 1st appointment for my early renovation.

Can we submit indemnity and renovation form before our 1st appointment to save time?

Or we have to wait till the 1st appointment then we can submit the indemnity and renovation form?
