Pricing is slightly higher than what I got, maybe 10-15% more. If you are happy with their designs and workmanship then it's still ok.

Price is reasonable. But all your carpentry come with internal white PVC, no soft closing, casement instead of sliding doors.

Yes, reasonable enough. Internal coloured PVC, blum soft closing hinges and sliding doors all cost extras so you might want to take note of that. Usually contractors quote base on the cheapest options then top up as you add on while ID will likely quote base on the most popular options.
