• Supply & lay selected 60cm x 60cm selected homogenous floor tiles **** area include skirting.

• Supply & lay selected 60cm x 60cm selected homogenous floor tiles at dining area include skirting.

• Supply labour/ materials to screed finish floor at all bedrooms.

• Construct cement mortar base for kitchen cabinet c/w side tiling.

• Construct washing machine base c/w full tiling.

C. LAMINATE FLOORING

• Supply & lay selected laminate/ vinyl flooring at all bedrooms.

• Supply & lay selected laminate skirting for all bedrooms.                    

D. PLUMBING WORKS

• Supply labour only to install 01 set of kitchen sink & tap.

• Supply labour only to install 01 no. of electric storage tank heater.

• Supply & install inlet/ outlet piping for kitchen sink.

• Supply labour only to install 02 sets of toilet accessories.

E. CEILING WORKS
