Help! Tiny crawlers that jump

Recently I found this tiny crawler on the walls and ceiling of my unit which is barely 1 year after moving in. These crawlers are scattered and are so tiny they are easily missed. As my walls are painted white, they became slightly more obvious when they moved and I managed to take a close up photo of one of them.

Can someone help to advise what are they and how to rid them for good?
