wil2017 0 Report post Posted January 31, 2017 We just got key for new BTO on mid January. It is near to CNY holidays and too bad can't do any renovation engagement and work. Is it true that town council fee must start pay upon key collection? I saw many units owner are not yet collecting their keys. In such case, I should postpone my key collection.
