Just to do a recommendation.

for curtains, you can look for curtains made in johor bahru.

done my EA flat in woodlands,2 day and 4 blackout full length curtains for S$XXXX with rods.Not those ikea type.

Not only are they cheaper.You only pay full payment in cash when they come over to install.
