Quote reasonable?

Dear All, I am renovating my resale 4 room HDB. The below was quoted to me by an ID firm which I thought it is on a high-side. I am going through HIP program soon(no confirm date yet but polls went through) so both toilets, rubbish chute and iron wrought gate are inclusive in the program.

Due to tight budget, I need advice whether the market rate are as quoted. If yes, I would probably hold the renovation works till HIP. Thanks.

1.0 DEMOLITION WORKS
To dismantle & remove existing:
1.1 kitchen cabinet $ 300.00
1.2 sink & stove support $ 300.00
1.3 laminate floorboard ****/dining & 3 bedrooms. Area: 770sf $ 650.00
1.4 plaster light holder **** $ 380.00
1.5 wardrobe at Bedroom 2 $ 250.00
1.6 4 nos.of doors $ 120.00
1.7 Haulage, clear debris & acid wash kitchen $ 680.00

2.0 MASONRY WORKS
To supply labour & material to overlay:
2.1 homogenous floor tiles to kitchen c/w water proofing $ 1,700.00
2.2 ceramic wall tiles to ceiling height. Area: 450sf $ 4,950.00
2.3 50mm fridge base w/tiles at vertical & horizontal surface $ 500.00
2.4 kerb w/ tiles to door entrance $ 250.00
2.5 High end resilient flooring to living/dining & 3 bedrooms(w/o skirting)Area: 830sf $ 5,810.00

3.0 PLUMBING WORKS
3.1 To supply labour & material to install stainless steel piping cold water point only to both toilet $ 500.00
3.2 Installation of inlet & outlet for washing machine at kitchen $ 150.00
3.3 Installation of inlet & outlet for kitchen sink $ 150.00
3.4 Installation of temporary water point if require $ 80.00

4.0 MISCELLANEOUS WORKS
4.1 To supply & install silver aluminium Casement Window frame w/ infill tinted black glass pane to whole house except toilets.

4.5 To supply & install L shape plaster false ceiling w/ light holder **** $ 650.00

Ya. No hacking involve some more so expensive. I think need to save up more.

haha but you took only 1 quote ah? but you also no hurry, cos you gonna do it together with your HIP right?
