So, today, we went to shop hopping to look for fans for our new flat over at tampoi and wifey fell in love with the Sapphire designer Light + a hidden fan for our dining area.

We couldn't decide if we want a fan or a light on top of our dining area. Therefore, this light+hidden fan is the best choice for us.

The blade will "come out" when we turn on the fan

Where is the blade?? MAGIC!! HAHA!

How it look like when the light is turn off

And when the light is turn ON! TAADAA!!

This is an example of how the fan works when turned on

We extremely love this design and place the deposit straightaway.

As for the room's fan, we have set an eye on Elmark transformer model but decided to compare the price in SG as advised by the honest Salesman.

Now time to search in SG and at the same time, to look for AC too.

Any recommendation for a system 3 AC for me?

Any place that has the best workmanship and great customer service for AC?

4/2/17

We fix an appointment with my ID to go over my new flat to have a look at its condition and at the same time, request him to add in anything that he think that need to be change.

He was punctual and he was already outside the unit 15 min earlier! Thumbs Up!

So me and my excited family went over last sat night to view the unit THOROUGHLY to check any major defect that need to be add onto the reno.

Thanks to the current owner for letting us come over on a weekend! They are in a midst of packing too.

Below are some pic that we manage to snap. Look at the amount of people we brought. They are as EXCITED!!!! :yeah::yeah:

VIEW OF THE LIVING ROOM

Condition of the platform @ balcony

  • Replace floor vinyl and change color to suit our theme. Probably lightest of grey!

Pic of room no 3 (Spare Room)

  • The built in cupboard is still in good condition but we decided to dismantle all existing cupboard.

Where the TV console will be at

Pic of room no 4 (helper's room)

  • We will dismantle this brown cupboard. We hate it so much. Very Old school!!

Our L shaped dining area

  • reconstruct the whole material and color of the L bench as the color did not suite our theme
  • Construct a "mini guest room" behind the dining area.
  • We will keep the storage cupboard as it still in a very good condition.

We did not snap a pic of the master and bedroom 2 as we were engrossed in discussing the details with our ID.

We are still waiting for my ID to invite us over to his office to choose the color and material of the carpentry works.

Will keep everyone posted on the update of my reno journey.

I think the air con man say the living room air con wld just be a cool breeze and not those super cold type. Unfortunately we can only have one compressor so cant get more powerful one. Also usually when living room air con is on, its usually for gatherings and room air con wldnt be on.

i think there is a higher compressor like 38? you might want to consider, so don't have to buy two compressors.

yup. the air con guy is right...won't be that cold.
