Renovating my garage

Hi all,

There is a small piece of land near my home, and there is an old building there. I am planning to renovate that, and use it as my workshop. So, when I thought of renovations, I was adviced by my friend that it would be ideal to place a steel building, and he showed me some samples, http://www.norsteelbuildings.ca/gallery/, I liked these samples, and so I am really confused now. I don’t know which would be more good, and more reliable. Has anyone of you used steel buildings for workshop?? Do we need to any documentations if we proceed with steel buildings??
