The code is MARMO 17 from Lian Seng Hin. I can't remember the price but it's less than 3.50. Hth! @Mannequin @daryl78

Sanitary ware, toilet accessories and fans

IMG_3217.PNG

We got all our sanitary wares and fans from Heritage. Got this wc for both the master and common toilet but due to some miscomm by Heritage who told us the wrong dimensions for the trap we had to get another wc instead or hack our tiles which is not an option to us.

Had to settle for this American Standard one in the end.

The rain shower we bought also couldn't fit due to the beam. I'm not big on rainshower so it's not a big deal to me but it was a nice grohe piece that was on promotion.IMG_3150.JPG

We exchanged the rainshower for this instead. I was surprised that I still had to top up for it since it's just the normal shower head. I really wanted a grohe piece and this looked good so I topped up anyway. IMG_3138.JPG

Got a small sink for the common toilet as its quite a tight space. Still thinking of ideas to hide the ugly pipes underneath as we're not building a vanity cabinet.IMG_3139.JPG

We got a huge sink for the master toilet since we've got the space. I love how sleek it looks.IMG_2687.JPGIMG_2686.JPGIMG_3219.PNG

Toilet roll holders and towel bar was purchased from taobao in order to cut costs. It was a good choice cos the variety of designs were more unique compared to the run of the mill ones from Heritage.IMG_1865.JPG

Going to jb to get our fans and lights were not an option as we don't drive. We ended up getting our fans from Heritage as well due to convenience. This can will be placed at our koychen/dining area.IMG_1860.PNG

Our living room ceiling fan which has DC motor.

Hi there @Belle26,

Following your t-blog to see the outcome of your house. Very interesting selection of tiles you've got!

Just thought I'd give an idea regarding the pipes beneath the vanity sink. Like you, we're not getting any vanity cabinets so I had to purchase my own brass basin bottle trap and a chrome L-pipe for the plumber. We want the pipes to look like this:

We got ours from Wasserbath which was where we got our WC and sinks from. They threw in both the bottle trap and L pipe for $50 each set (so $100 for both bathrooms).

Hope this helps! Otherwise you can consider painting the white PVC pipes with a nicer color?

@ilkl Thanks so much for your suggestions. Your idea definitely makes it look much nicer. Not sure if my plumber is still willing to help me with this cos he has already finished his part for our project. Otherwise we'll have to go with the painting option.

I might consider this option as well. Looks nice and provides extra storage space.
