It can be happan to anybody. This this type of wall tile is quite common.

Maybe the reno is also a ID, so they might recommended the some type of tile. It may be also of of the most popular design for small tiles.

Bad experience with their designer ERIC LIM. Did not revert back to my email or do any follow up.

My budget is 25K, maybe its too little for them
