Bought a corner sink, a coffee table and a speaker system.

Wanted to use granite for my kitchen top.

But contractor suggest iQuarts.

Will be choosing the light brown colour against a glossy white cabinet.

Getting my key in 20 days time.

I had about 5 quotes from ID and another 5 quotes from the small time contractors.

I was really surprised that the small time contractors or the direct carpenters are all more expensive.

Eventually awarded my contract to a big ID company despite mine is a mickey mouse project.

Just doing the Kitchen cabinet, overlay 2 toilet walls, master room cabinet, painting and hack 1 piece of wall.

All for less then $13K

Maybe because of my small project, not many are interested and purposely jack up the price.

What would be a good bargain price?

Bought somemore stuffs for my reno and counting down to my key collection! 10 days to go!

This laminate will be for my Kitchen, Marine Tank cabinet and my master room wardrobe.

Does it sound/look funny to have all the carpentry sharing the same laminated?

Whatever it is, I love the woodgrain of the teak laminate.

This will be the table top of my little wine counter, it is very heavy.

Any idea where I can get retro L bracket to hold this counter top?

Tried very hard to buy stuffs from TB, unfortunately could'nt get it done.

So decided to buy the toilet sink and mirror here.

Comes with 5 years warranty.

I think TB is selling S$200 cheaper but without warranty.

Here is my bathroom "featured" wall tile.

I selected a tile that will be difficult to wash or maintain,

But decided to go for something out of the ordinary.

I have started growing this Mint and Basil at my current place.

I will add more herbs when I move over.

Will also be planting for my salad needs, all at the service yard.

I've tried and bake Salmon with Mint and Basil, they taste great!

You all should try it too!

Paid $650 without taps with tap add $49

with the mirror as well right? then price around there. i just got the vanity cabinet already $400 plus..excluding tap
