Wet Kitchen in Service yard

Hi All,

I am looking to move the cooking and the washing part of the kitchen to the service yard of a new 4 room BTO like a wet kitchen and keep the main kitchen as a dry kitchen. I was wondering if any of you have done this before can share some ideas, pictures or comments. Thanks.

Er.... I think if there is only one drainage hole, how to handle running the machine and doing dishes at the same time? Or your washing machine will be put elsewhere? I was also interested in this idea but I have nowhere else to place my washing machine then.
