Kudos to my ID b!  

After I moved my stuff in from storhub, I decided to wash my washing machine using the Daiso washing machine powder. Had a shock when I saw my service yard flooded with water after the washing machine release the water. Realised that the water is very slow in going down the drain and backflowed into my service yard..called my ID and he came to e rescue!  

He showed me a picture of what was choking the hole.. U will never guess what he dug out using his hand...  

All this!!!

And u see correctly!  It's lots of coins!  Actual money!  

We guessed that previous owner's maid Nvr empty their pockets and the coins get washed down the drain. All e coins accumulated there and then caused e backflowed.. 

First time man!!  

Poor Id got his hand injured for helping Us. Thanks B!

Here is a picture of my cabinet opened. Yup It does hit the toilet bowl but we figured that we wldnt open that cupboard for long anyway.

Anyone used wash and wear paint? Does your paint come off easily or chips off if something knocks against it? 

 I would be using dulux wash n wear too! Does it really wear off so easily?

I dunno leh.. The paint like gets chipped if we knock hard against it.. And definitely cannot use blue tac or masking tape on e wall. Once remove the tape or tac,the paint will Come out!   So I wonder is it the property of e paint or what..

Taobao review

Bought these chairs to go with my old Cellini table. Looks real nice with my table. Con is that u must sit all e way in, if u sit too much at the edge, the chair might topple 

No money to top up for internal pvc so bought contact paper and ownself paste 

Cheapo shelf to put at service yard. Not recommended cos metal came abit dented.. 

Study room chair-seems sturdy, bit yet to use it. 

Unique cloud shelves-supposed to put in kids room, but the way it's installed, the shelf can come out if one pulls it out so we thought abit dangerous to put in kids room. We placed it in e study room instead!

I've asked my contractor about this. He said it's the quality of the old paint on the wall that's causes this. Even applying a sealer before painting won't help

hmmm, so must scrape the old paint away before painting? so troublesome. my whole house was plastered over and it still doesnt help... something for you to take note for your reno!

As far i know from my ID, the difference in costing between white and coloured PVC is a bit only. So he gave me coloured.

nope, no give. his carpenter quoted him like $800 if i nvr rem wrongly.. i thot the $800 can be used somewhere else so i nvr opt for it. no biggie..
