this is quartz from lian hin. $220 psf. 

with regards to the bomb shelter. need to make additional feature wall with additional door. pretty pricey

Hi ! I'm also a "Skyliner" from Skyline II.

Able to pm me your contractor details? TIA 

So far approached 3 IDs, 1 Contractor and 1 Carpentry company. Out of 5 quotes 4 came back but I still find there is a need to compare quote.

Basically only intending to do (a) Hacking wall - Kitchen & MBR/Bedrm 2, (b) Kitchen Cabinets and (c) Toilet with fixed screen ... Quotes come back wif $16k ~ $27k.
