need contractor for hacking of walls and structures for my resale HDB

Hi I need a contractor to hack away some wall structures and extend the balcony further into the living room (have to hack the balcony entrance and re lay the balcony flooring). Might also have to adjust some wiring and lighting in the living room/balcony as a result. if you know any good contractor who can handle this. Please recommend. Thanks.
