Need advice on quotation given

Hi all,

i have gotten this renovation contractor through a friend, but the overall price seems very expensive to me as i am not very experienced. Any advice from you guys regarding the quotation below:

A) KITCHEN($7790)

01.To construct cabinet base.:$500

02.To design and fabricate laminate cabinet.:31ft x $110=$3410

03.To supply and install quartz top.:11ft x $110=$1210

04.To supply and install double bowl sink and tap.:$400

05.To supply and  install 3 burner cooker and  hood.:$650

06.To supply and install dish rack.:$100

07.To supply and install soft close hinges.:$300

08.To supply and install sliding window.:$55009.To install 2 nos ceiling light.:$20

10.To run socket for oven and microwave.:$200

11.To supply and install pd door.:$450  

 

 

B) LIVING;DINING HALL($6420)

01.To supply and install L-box ****;false ceiling at dining.:$1300

02.To supply and  run cornice light point with install light.:10nos x $60=$600

03.To design and fabricate laminate tv feature wall with console.:6ft x $250=$1500

04.To run socket for tv console.:$200

05.To design and fabricate laminate shoes cabinet.:6ft x $300=$1800

06.To install only ceiling fan.:$60

07.To install dining light.:$30

08.To install ceiling fan.:$60

09.To design and fabricate top cabinet near store.:5ft x $110=$550

10.To supply and install Lshape metal rack.:$350  

 

C) MASTER AND COMMON TOILET($2420)

01.To supply and  install storage heater for 2 toilets.:$400

02.To supply and install pd door for 2 toilets.:$900！03.To construct shower kerb for master toilets.:$300

04.To supply and install shower screen for master toilet.:$500

05.To  install only mirror and accessories for 2 toilets.:$20006.To install 2 nos light.:$20 

 

D) BEDROOMS($4290)

01.To design and fabricate laminate sliding  wardrobe for  master and 2nd bedroom.:12ft x $230=$2760

02.To install fan with  light at 3  bedroom.:$180

03.To supply and install veneer door for 3 bedrooms.:$1350  

 

E) OTHERS($15200)

01.To supply and lay polish homogenous tiles for living and 3 bedrooms.:$9000

02.Houlage;wash.:$700

03.Painting for whole house(6 colours for wall).:$1400

04.To supply and install Mitsubishi system 4 aircon.:$4100  

 

TOTAL:$36120

 

Is all that money worth it?

A bit too expensive. Especially the materials they used. 

Is this a ID or contractor? And what is your flat/house type?

 It's a 4 room BTO, is it expensive bec of the tiles? any advice mate? go on find another contractor?

i see the price is standard pricing for all market. but can still bargain if needed to. if you want i can assist you just pm me.

From what i see, some of it is a bit over priced, but final confirmation still need a floor plan to nail down which are the expensive parts.
