hello, you need to input your FT so we will know how much PFR or PSF you are charged is exp or not.

in that case, you need to be weary.

Yea I agree.

The measurements need to be stated in the quotation, as detailed as possible. Down to the materials used, laminates, hardware (such as soft close hinge and tracks, what brand), Quartz brand and selection, etc.

Else there will potentially be lots of "I thought, you thought.." after you have signed and placed deposit. Then everything will be "top up/hidden cost".

If a contractor gave me a quote as above, I will not even bother to reply/contact further.

hi some quite ok but most are expensive in a sense of stating standard brands you need. pricing may vary depends on the materials they are giving you and what brand and items. since it was not stated in the quotations its very difficult to identify if its expensive or not.
