GnM 0 Report post Posted March 1, 2007 hmm then can i know what is the cheapest range ???depending on the kinda tiles you are looking atprices range from 60-70c all the way to double digits in dollars, from ceramic to homogeneous to natural stonesthe popular range these days are homo... the bulk of it are from china... prices can vary from $1 to $3-4, depending on the quality, color and brandfor fairly good quality, there are a wide variety if brands and colors for those in the $2.50-$3.30 range... warpage for kitchen and toilet tiles are minimal due to the dimensions... common ones are 300x300 and the biggest ones are about 450x450mmYou dun have to worry much about warpage in this case so look at your budget... go do some survey at the tile suppliers for the price and range you can select for your budget then select the tile model for your ID to buy for you... that way, you will know if you are overcharged

kensanctuary 0 Report post Posted April 18, 2007 My ID quote me $2.50 for toilet wall (12"x18")+ floor tiles(12"x12"), but for the floor tile, we choose $2.80. Since he said OK as long as not $3.00 For the Kitchen wall tile, we request to get cheap tile, he quote $1.80(12"x12"), then we choose $2.00 at no extra cost For the bath floor tile, he said 12"x18" is not advisable cos the water will trap ? And also the ceramic vs homogenous floor tile, homogenous better cos ceramic more slippery?
Chunky Monkey 2 Report post Posted April 18, 2007 Has anyone used the same tiles for bathroom flooring and wall, and used your contractor to apply anti-slip on the bathroom floor?
lowyw18181 0 Report post Posted April 27, 2007 has anyone heard of epoxy flooring for toilet floor? heard that it is anti slip, no need to hack the orig tiles plus comes in different textures and colours and is very durable.
