Re-erect the wall

Hi,

 

We just bought a 4room flat in Sengkang and would like to:

 

1. Re-erect the wall (approx. 2 metre wide, and 2.5 metre height) between the two bedrooms

2. Remove some built-in shelve (living room, kitchen and bedroom)

3. Re-paint the flat

 

Do you know how much it cost? Any good contractor to recommend?
