You know, it was my first question I googled before I decided to enter this industry. It has a lot of pros like you are your own boss and you can choose your own schedule, you can make a really good income, and getting started in a real estate career is quick and painless of course if you choose the right source. Cons are that it is an investment in time, money, and effort required. Also, it comes with no 100% guarantees(nowadays you can not be sure of anything). But if you are willing to pay you are good to go.
