After I contacted them through the Enquiry page with a very broad overview of what I wanted (essentially no built in except for kitchen, overhaul of bathrooms, bedroom and living room just paint and electric work), they did not really ask me what look or theme I was going for, and came back with this quote. I was quite surprised by this process. Would appreciate everyone's views on if this is a fair quote, or if there are lots of potential add-ons?
