I did not engage contractor. the quote is included in my quotation from my ID. Let me know if you want to know the price.

I not planning to do any false ceiling. Basically we are going to do up the kitchen, toilets, flooring and wardrope in master room. 

Will create a additional door to close up the original main door area. So I will have another storage area.

Bought 2 sets of Grohe bathroom accessories.

 

Saw this last weekend at IMM $138 and giving 10% off the package price.

Checked Bathroom warehouse, quoted $158 without discount. End up go back IMM 3rd floor which selling only Grohe products.

Understand from the sales, purchase above $1K free Grohe bath liquid or something...

 

Just sharing....not saying bathroom warehouse expensive, I bought few items there too. I went back exchange some items that is why check the price. Change item without any issue...good service.

Is there citygas available for yr hse? I saw some older resale and they still require gas tank.

Hi...yes, my unit is connected to citigas. you can see the gas pipe on above picture where I show the kitchen. If older house do not have the connection, you can request to connect it at a fee.
