How Long Did You Wait For Ids To Get Back On Their Proposal/floorplan?

yup. i totally agree tat id should give us prompt reply to assure us of their quality in service but we oso need to b fair to them as in we dun make use of them to do drawings for us. at least we should finalise our last 2 or 3 then get them to come out with drawings then we decide. the id tat i chose actually gave me a computerised colour space planning b4 i even commit ! totally awesome...not like the rest who jus gave me hand drawn layout plan n 1 angle of the hse then when i requested for computer drawings, they say need to confirm or put appt fee...sigh...at least my id took a extra step to show me he's interest in our projects. price reasonable some more.

ahh .. its really luck that we meet ID tat has affinity or the right click with us ... yr ID may turn out to be yr friend as well .. haha ...

As for making use of IDs ... i do noe of many people go ard to ask many IDs for advice and drawings ...
