Recommendations for ID for Resale HDB flats

Hi all,

I'm looking for an ID for my resale 5-room HDB. Not looking to renovate a lot, just the 2 common bedrooms, the kitchen, and a little bit of the bathrooms. I'm on a tight budget, so I'm not sure if the so-called big, established companies will bother with a project like mine.

Any recommendations?

After a year of complete reno this Potong Pasir Resales house, the house is still maintaining alright, because they were using their existing furniture in the Living hall, 

i would have to skip the photographing of the Living Hall, and this are the pictures:
