ngangie 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2008 I was told that outdoor cement floor (exposed to weather) is not recommended to be painted, as it will flake. If such is the case, and it had been painted before, do I need to scrap off the old paint ?Any other recommendation ?There are special floor paints that's used more widely in factories. The paints even have anti-slip properties. Is that what you're looking for?
