And I have let my previous contractor to quote me for dismantling and laying tiles with repainting for the room. Just wish to check if the prices are reasonable before confirming? 1. Dismantle & remove existing build in item, 1 cabinet, 1 platform. - $600 2. Supply & lay corrugated sheet for flooring protection - $300 3. Rescreed with 3 in 1 prepacked waterproofing screed - $1000 4. Lay Resilentce Tiles with Laminate Floor Board Finish - $1300 5. Interior wall Nippon matt paint for all affected area - $900 All the quotes are only for a normal HDB guest room size. Are they overprice or of acceptable range? TIA.
