Reliable and cheap contractor

Hi all, anyone can recommend a cheap and reliable contractor to do my 3i resale flat?

Things i need to get done are as follows:

Overlay living room floor and 2 bed rooms

Overlay kitchen floor and 2 toilets floor and wall

Plaster living room walls

Hack kitchen cabinet and build a new one

Overlay utility room floor

Paint whole house

Redo electrical wiring and replace DB

Change 3 door frames 

Change Main door, 2 bedroom doors, 2 toilet doors and 1 utility door

Remove window grill from kitchen and utility room windows

Need all these done with a budget of $20k - $23k

I pmed u some recommendations, u can ask for pricing.. but to do all these with a budget of 20k, seems very difficult..

I am not sure about the cheap and reliable one, but you can try visit Kaodim Singapore, try to request on the service, and get some comparison about the price and quality from different contractors service provider. See whether it fits your budget or not, make sure you tell them the details of the work, so they din't overcharge you. But I agree with kangeroo168, with that budget seems very difficult.
