did anyone see some incosiderate typical singaporean/malaysian dump 2 toilet bowls at the mscp of blk 88, one of them was a bright green in colour.

i really admire these pples brain cells, really thinking out of the box

I noticed them for the last 2 days. It's coming from the same person. The toilet bowl is painted bright green...**** ugly...and if you notice the bottom of the other toilet bowl, it also has bright green paint...really don't know why they were left there...at the very least could have placed them at the chute area....if not the level 1 garbage area...

Looking for good contractors? Click here for your request

the last 2 days, the bowls have been moved to a corner of a non-parking lot of the mscp, initially it was left behind a parking lot.

absolutely lack of civic consciousness....wondering why the cleaner did not have it removed too.

Oh so it was PAINTED green...haha! Maybe they regretted it and went to buy another one.

Suspected it must be the contractors; probably dumped it conveniently while on their way to their vehicles.

Which level is this? Can actually sms to Steven or Irene about it; they are the property in-charge for town council. Their mobile numbers are available at the notice board.

Ya, saw them on the 4th floor of MSCP. Dun look like our toilet bowls, mostly likely dumped by some contractors conveniently.

But green colour WC? Yucky...

off topic abit, isnt it funnie that if one takes the elevator in front of kofu, the levels that the elevator stops on tallies with the markings of the MSCP, however if one uses the elevators in blk89 which is linked to the MSCP, the levels no longer tallies.

i understand the reason behind but anyone can think of a good valid reason why is there a need to have this difference in numbering sequence?

always have to spend some time to explain to visitors......

The MSCP and blk 89 are two different buildings with different heights for the ground level. One is commercial, one is residential, hence the different heights. The bridge linked from 3rd storey of Blk 89 to the 2nd storey of the MCSP because that's the nearest levels to each other. To link the 2nd storey of Blk 89 to Deck 2 of MSCP would make the bridge very steep. This is not uncommon for different buildings that are linked together.

Their respective lifts reflect the levels of their own respective buildings, which is not really wrong also. To make them tally, where should we start? Either the MSCP starts from Deck 3, or Blk 89 starts from level 1A and then level 2?

Mine TOO!!! For the very 1st time, our bill cross $100 .... from the starting $80+ to $90+ and now $100+.

Luckily got the govt U-save thingy and save us $95. But now need to on fan instead of air con since year end is usually colder.

haha...these are truly my exact thoughts till now...

Becos of the elevated ramp linked to the blk 89 lift lobby ... best instructions to guests/visitors ... parked at the white lots (meant for visitors) and take the lifts down to Koufu then walk to the relevant block (i.e. 89, 90 or 91). Much easier.

Yessssss .... the labels at the carpark can start at level 1, then 1A, 2, 2A so that eventually, it sychronise with the HDB floor level .... shd make it easier for the general public to understand ....

Btw, did you guys realise that there are MORE and MORE BIG RATS dashing across the pathways from Shengshiong to the pavilion area? Really big and scary .... think the poor cats are also scare of them ... now the cats reside at the HDB void deck .... poor cats. I observed these rats like to roam ard the flowers, planted on the left side of the pathway (closer to the main road/mrt track). Can something be done to rectify this? Rather the relevant authorities to remove all the flowers, and cement the ground and make some nice chairs for the older folks, kids and us to sit and admire the nice place, is it better?

What is the problem with your toilet bowl in the first place?

If you can show them that your bowl is faulty then I don't see why they are reluctant to change it.

Also, you should fill up the "Maintenance Request" form on MyHDBPage website instead of just calling the branch office about the problem. Remember Jack Neo's "Just Follow Law" movie? Govt boards must have 'black and white' then they will be responsible.

I logined to MyHDBpage, but cant located the maintenance request form .... acutally wanted to feedback abt the rat thingy .... imagine they are toxic to the air .... and kids .... better to eliminate them before they do any harm to us .... like the birds .... like the mosquitoes. Thanks.

Hehe...zirhk..nothing is wrong with it, but simply why not improve something for the better when it does not involve much cost? Who should we suggest this to?

Actually, a very simple way will be to label the decks A, B, C, and put the alphabets at the side of the buttons 3, 4, 5 respectively in the 3 lifts that serve the carpark. It's the numbers that are confusing visitors.

Hey Sky,

How have u been..yes the rats are getting bigger n lots of them ard! Everytime i feedback to the tc, they said they already treated the area. But obviously, the treatment is not working!

:(

Don't understand - the first deck is already called Deck 2, so you want to put Level 1, then 1A, then 2, then 2A...when will it synchronize with Blk 89?? :dunno:

Remember currently its MSCP Deck 2 = Blk 89 Level 3.

You try searching for it in the search box on the right hand top corner.

Erm, currently the town council is in-charge of the block; if its really low costs I can try asking the RC to do it, but the point is a really workable idea must be evaluated.

Now if we put like 'Deck 2' besides '3' in the lift of Blk 89, won't it be even more confusing? I duno... another idea is putting up signages in the lift, akin those hotel ones?

The next thing is also to wonder how long will the labels stay there - our estate has alot of people with itchy fingers you know...

rats i hardly see but millipedes i see many, every day many are wriggling around on the path between blk89 and blk90 and many are trampled on leaving a messy inprint but still many continue to surface.... pest control?

i think these pest control are not effective or receiving "coffee treats" instead of treatments hahahaha

hehe...not trying to get you involved lahz...was just thinking we could suggest to someone about it. Else like that you will be busy with so many stuffs... :)

What I meant was change the deck 2 to A, Deck 3 to B and Deck 4 to C. But you are right. Unless the labels are strongly adhered maybe using industrial methods, I think they will come down soon. haiz...
