Sometimes even thrice , waste water man. Roughly how much to change toilet bowl? Will damage the tiles? It should not damage the tiles as the toilet bowl is supposed to be fixed to the ground with silicon or 'pe he'. Can be taken off without marks on the tiles if cleaned properly. That is how they replaced my toilet bowl with a 'modified' one the last time... well its still not working well as i mentioned before. Seems like actually alot of us is having the same toilet problem. and seems like most of us (including myself) prefer to suffer in silence and do our own remedy... are we all from SISPEC or what? My mum's place using this brand, bought from sim siang choon. It should not damage the tiles as the toilet bowl is supposed to be fixed to the ground with silicon or 'pe he'. After replacing, they just do a test with the toilet paper and determined its ok. But actually both still does not flush properly if you do 'big business'. SISPEC, well, i can only remember the Suffer-In-Silence part, as for the PEC, forgot liao. As i once requested for a petition in renotalk and singaporebride, but seems like not many people have the problem (only four of us) or not responding. So as to how to go about getting the correct action (and not to just keep changing the toilet bowl), what can we do? All suggestions are very very welcomed! Come to think of it, if it is so difficult to get it work right, spending all the time and effort, might as well spend that few hundred bucks and have it replaced. save time save money save headache. Sorry that i emphasize on the toilet bowl so much, coz when i comapre to cheap hotels in places like india and china (e.g. cheap brands like China Standards, Aihua, noname etc) works better than this. Anyway, Khriz, price of anything below 32-inch is not worth the money, cause like for another 100 plus or 200, you can get the 32 inch. $799 should be a reasonable price, think that model should be either Px5 series or A33 and above series. oda 0 Report post Posted June 17, 2008 Yeah, actually I also "Suffer In Silence" regarding the bowl cos sometimes can flush, sometimes cannot. But right now my common toilet bowl faces a bigger problem, it cannot flush good quality (much tougher) toilet papers. It has been choked for several times (2~3 times a month). I suspect it's the toilet paper that I'm using and believe me, I only use a few sheets. Had to use my super plunger to clear it everytime....oh man... Or probabily it means Suffer In Silence, Pekchek and Endless Complaintss in this case.. btw, T3 now uses Rigel urinals.. wonder why.. it quite obvious they have no idea of the technical side of the toilet bowl, just the look of the profile makes me sick. Besides writing to STOMP, try TNP, WB, SM or ST Forum. Last resort, can even go to the MP. If I rem correctly, there's a meet the people's session at Blk 46-2 on the 1st, 3rd & 5th Friday every mth from 7.30 pm. Suggest those having problems to take photos of the backflow, most impactful to take those with your big business inside. Then email as a joint petition to those media I mentioned above. This means you all got to go ask your neighbours and give me the respective unit numbers. If I can get like maybe 50 units with problems, then I think we have a substantial case to bring up. Just to note, the RC and MP Baey Yam Keng are both well-aware of the roof garden being vandalised and the cleanliness issue of the three new blocks, which they believe is taking far too long to rectify. The HDB, town council and the police are asking for more time as currently renovation is going on, but rest assured that they are monitoring this very closely.
