Now mine is AMC as a present from my mum. comes in a metal suitcase (actually i like the suitcase more then the knife .. ).. now i just need a knife holder.. no more place to put liao.. the magnetic holder from Ikea is a good idea, but i just dont like it, dont like hanging knife.. The mirrors are not identical hence will never fit into the holder!!In the end, had to stick the mirrors onto the wall. That happened after THIRTY (30) holes were drilled into my living room wall My carpenter told us Ikea mirrors used to be quite evenly shaped so I figurered its either we are super "lucky" or the quality is no longer there.Just to warn anyone thinking of getting the same kind of mirrors, its $29 for 4 pieces. Desmond 0 Report post Posted August 31, 2007 is it safe to "stick" the knife onto magnet? ikea selling them.WMF is very ex but i do believe that for the price paid, they'll be more durable compared to cheaper versions.hmmmcurrently using this brand of knives called Kai.....apparently the sale person was tellin me its decent ... but i m lookin for something sharper to cut fish and meat...... Is there anyone who will like to recommend his/her ID to me for consideration?welcome to this neighbourhood.. how come you collected your keys so late? are you from the Aug07 BE? if yes, you must have a reall good q-no..?You can look around the blocks for signs of show room and such, and check if you like the IDs quality. But please try to avoid those 'old ah beng' type of contractors.. Heard that one of the ID (i forgot the name, maybe 'Ong .. .. contractor') has run away with some 4 families' deposit. I had just received my keys of my Toa Payoh flat and I m currently looking for an ID. Anyway thanks for highlighting the dubious contractor. Saw that they starting on some constructions.The new merged New Town Pri and Ghim Moh Pri.Looks like quite a number of people will be moving in nxt week once the Lunar 7th month is over, one of my neighbour is also moving in next week.
