Colors 0 Report post Posted August 17, 2016 Hi Kelly, You can try my friend ID Company. They offer you free advices and show you the 3d drawings for the next meet up with detailed quotation. Good for people like me who don't have any idea of the costing items and designs. They have a number of Condos portfolio under their belts and their charges are not high as they don't really spend the money into advertising and have their own carpenters to earn from. A reputable company in commercial like shopping malls though. If you interested , pm me.
BCChrist78 5 Report post Posted August 28, 2016 Just to share my experience. The ID I engaged is very responsible & knowledgeable on the renovation details. As we've no idea on the theme we wanted, he provided us the ideas & recommendation that make our house very cozy & nice-looking, and meet our preference & requirement. He's also able to point out the concerns & provide better alternatives for some of our ideas which we thought it's better. At the end of the renovation, it's proven that his ideas are much better than our original thinking. Glad that we chose to listen to his advices. And, because of false promise from the flat seller (promised early move out for us to start renovation earlier), we ran short of time for the renovation. Also, we've made last-minute decision on the scale of the renovation (at first worried about budget but finally decided to do everything at one go). All these problems were resolved by my ID & we managed to move in according to our original scheduled time. Best of all, quality of the renovation is not compromised. And even now, 9 months after renovation completed & moved in, my ID is still very helpful whenever I met some minor problems & solve the problems free of charge. Do let me know if anyone is interested. I can pass you his contact & you can get the consultation & quotation from him free of charge.

kakipo 0 Report post Posted October 5, 2016 There is one ID that I use also that is very reliable. Used them twice for the 2 properties I've bought and no regrets. Recommended to my friends also. They have done condos, similar size before. Very affordable and worth the spend
