Painting works;

18) To paint whole ceiling ICI maxilite emulsion white. All walls pentalite emulsion finished. $1,200/-

ELECTRICAL WORKS;

Yeaa, they are all over price. More like a ID than a contractor. If you are interested in finding more contractor, I can pm you my recommended contractor with 30+ years family run renovation company. HDB licensed as well
