Collecting keys on 29 Aug (Hungry Ghost Festival)

I was just notified by HDB to collect my new 5 room flat key on 29 Aug. Wondering is it ok to collect key during the hungry ghost fesitival?

collect key don't matter... opening house door yes... choose a good date based on your and your spouse..

Would suggest to do everything after 7th lunar month if you are really superstitious. Cheers
