johnford 0 Report post Posted August 5, 2016 Most of the companies are now digitizing their paper documents to digital data. I found one case study here http://www.ashconversions.com/casestudies.shtml#telecom . It is really easy to handle this digital documents than hard copies. But what about the safety and accuracy of these documents. Is that safe storing these documents in cloud storage? What are the common methods that companies are using for this purpose. Can anybody share some details about this?
bepgof 20 Report post Posted September 29, 2016 Would be a trend for this. One of the 3 telcos recently implemented this. However, some obstacles - file names issue. Similar to the 'cashless' society approach initiated some 1980 ago, there come many ways & means (hard & soft) get the transactions done.... This is a data era, high demand for data center infrastructure....again always come the 'firewall vs hacking' issue, one of the EHSS. The cloud technology perhaps will go into the 'underground technology' in next phase.
