starryz 1 Report post Posted July 31, 2016 Hi, Anyone has gotten external inspection on top of hdb inspection before first appointment? What are the list of items that I should look out for? My seller has a hdb letter for me to sign stating that buyer agree to reinstate some works to original state (according to hdb guidelines) My understanding is that seller is liable.
