Can cracked tiles be fixed without replacing all of them?

In the bathroom of our new house, there are cracked tiles (about 8 to 10 of them).

Is there a very clean, high-quality way to fix that without having to replace the whole thing?

the only thing u can do is to hack out those piece of cracked tiles and replace them with new tile. will get dirty/dusty

So we have to replace them?! 

It will be a bit of trouble to find the exact tiles though. How does one go about it?

2 ways.

1. ask ur previous owner where they bought their tiles, and go back to buy there.

2. go down to tiles shop and compare those tiles till u get one similar ones.

My tile is cracked in the kitchen floor too, and need to replace too.

Not sure any supplier is still carrying any old tiles, the house has been more than 25 years.

Any recommendation?

sadly to say, 25 year old tiles, most of the warehouse will not carry the stock anymore. unless ur tile is those kind of plain colour, maybe still can find.
