I was quoted for Cold connect inlet outlet pipe

May I know what is provide labour and material for Cold connect inlet/outlet pipe in kitchen? 

What exactly is this? I was quoted for sgd 150. Mine is 4rm bto.

some taps can turn on hot and cold water. example, taps in hotels. thus, that tap will need 2 pipes (one to hot, one to cold).

for ur contractor to quote 'cold only', it means that they will only supply material and connect the cold pipe. if ur tap is connected to the heater and can run hot water, then extra piping has to be installed to link the hot water to ur tap, and it will be more expensive.

Thank you for replying. One ID I planning to take did not quote me for this. I don't see it in the plumbing works. Will check with him again.
