Recently rented a shop house in the east side to do up my new tuition centre, was quoted $55k for the tiling,partition walls and ceiling works.

Which was too expensive for  my budget even before starting new business:unsure:

Happened that the new start-up nail spa business owner beside me also do up her own interior for her spa parlour.

Thankfully, we got a group discount from our contractor as our business was just side by side:)

Advise to always get ask for grouper offer from your contractor when you are lucky enough to have a new start up beside you:)
